Warwick Castle Tickets & Tours

There are two parking accesses to the castle. You can access the Stratford Road and Stables parking lots via the entrances on Stratford Road and Castle Lane, respectively.

• Toilets are available near the entrance, the Mill and Engine House, the Princess Tower, and the Peacock Garden.
• Baby changing facilities are present near the entrance, the Mill and Engine House, Princess Tower, and the Peacock Garden.
• Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available to guests who stay overnight at one of the castle accommodations.
• Free guided tours are provided by the History Team.
• Royal Weekend Party audio guides are available at the entrance.
• There are three cafes inside Warwick Castle: the Conservatory Tea House, the Undercroft Cafe, and Courtyard Refreshments. 
• Buy gifts and souvenirs from the Stables Gift Shop, the Courtyard Shop, the Kingmaker Shop, the Coat of Arms Shop, or the Knights & Princesses Shop.
• You can find picnic benches near the River Island and the Oak Tree Lawn.

• There are a limited number of wheelchairs available for the use. They are only available on a first-come first-served basis and cannot be booked in advance. 
• There are two electric mobility scooters available on loan. These can be pre-booked by contacting customer.information@warwick-castle.com.
• Wheelchair ramps and lifts are present at the entrance and near the main house. However, the lift is not suitable for large motorized wheelchairs.
• Accessible toilets are available near the entrance and the main house.
• ​​Guide dogs are welcome at the venue, except for the Towers and Ramparts and the Castle Dungeon.
• Braille information is available for the Great Hall and State Rooms exhibits, at request from the staff.
• ​​Touch tours are available in the Great Hall and State Rooms exhibits, and can be booked for free by contacting accessibility@warwick-castle.com. 
• Hearing aid loops are installed in the ticket office, all shops and restaurants, and all external retail and food and beverage units.  

• Take the secret passageway that leads from the castle's State Rooms to the Great Hall. The passageway is not open to the general public, but you can book a guided tour to see it.
• Visit the Peacock Gardens at night. The gardens are lit up with fairy lights and candles, and there is often live music playing.
• Climb the Guy of Warwick Tower which offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The climb is not for the faint of heart, but it is definitely worth it for the views.
• Warwick Castle hosts regular medieval banquets in the Great Hall. The banquets are a fun and unique way to experience medieval culture.
• There are three parking options at Warwick Castle. The closest one costs £10. The other two, priced at £6, are free for annual pass holders but involve a 20-minute walk. If you're traveling with someone who's disabled, elderly, or young, there's a drop-off area right by the entrance.
• As you explore the castle's grounds, bring along a blanket and a picnic. There's ample green space to sprawl out and enjoy your meal, with the main lawn serving as an ideal spot to watch the captivating Birds of Prey show.
• You don’t need to print your ticket. Simply show the e-ticket on your phone at the entrance for a contactless experience.

• The Conservatory Tea House: The conservatory was constructed in 1786 and is a fine example of Georgian architecture, and is now known for its British cuisine, especially cream tea and Afternoon Tea.
• The Undercroft Cafe: Located on the lower level of Warwick Castle, it was originally used as a cellar and later as the servant's dining hall. You can enjoy a variety of hot and cold snacks in this historic setting, including sandwiches and pastries.
• Courtyard Refreshments: Try the quintessential fish and chips or other hold and cold refreshments at the Courtyard Refreshments.

• Kenilworth Castle: Kenilworth Castle is a magnificent ruin of a Norman castle, located just 4 miles from Warwick Castle. The castle was built in the 12th century and was once one of the most powerful and luxurious castles in England. Today, visitors can explore the castle's ruins, which include the Great Hall, the Leicester Building, and the Swan Tower.
• Shakespeare's Birthplace: Shakespeare's Birthplace is a half-timbered house in Stratford-upon-Avon, where the famous playwright was born in 1564. The house is now a museum, and visitors can see the room where Shakespeare was born, as well as other rooms that are furnished in Elizabethan style.
