It was fantastic! Our outside guide Louise was lovely and interesting and very funny. Our beefeater inside was very interesting and also very funny! We learned a lot from them both, and were very pleased to have taken the private tour.
Our guide was great and "Beefeater" Andy was engaging and funny in telling the history of the Tower. Highly recommend this tour during visit.
The guide that greeted us was so warm and inviting! We loved chatting with her! Her sense of humor and wit were incredibly on point, not to mention her knowledge and love of the attraction itself. The Beefeater that greeted us was just witty and fun - full of great information and gallows humor! Getting there early for the 8:30 tour proved beneficial as well. Once our time was finished with the guide, we headed straight to the Crown Jewels. There was no line at all when we entered. Just an hour later and it was packed!
We loved the experiene with the beefeater but also our guide before going into the Tower of London gave us a great overview and history lesson. Overall we loved this experience.
When we arrived , originally they couldn't find my booking and said Headout regularly overbook and that I could just have a refund if they couldn't resolve it which wasn't the point when I had booked it well in advance. Luckily the staff were able to find the booking eventually. The Barney the beefeater was brilliant !! and so funny !! Couldn't sing his praises enough however would have like it to have lasted more than 45 mins. The jewels were lovely to visit. And the grounds were beautifully kept!
Our tour had only 4 tourist and as such, small as it was, the key master "forgive the name" gave us and our guide a very special tour. We were give audience to the offices of the key master and his officers. And a very private and informed tour of the chapel. He was very nice and informed
The ticketing experience was excellent and I appreciate the convenience and ease of it all. My only slight complaint is that I think the tour is misnamed. I went into it thinking that we would have a Beefeater as our tour guide throughout when in fact he was with us for the first 5-10 minutes only during the key opening ceremony. (He was fantastic and we loved that part of the experience). But then he was gone and we had a regular tour guide (who was lovely and knowledgeable but not a Beefeater)
Very easy to find our guide - who was amazing. Interesting, informative and kept our interest. The Beefeater was also very informative and happy to pose with photo of us after. As it was early in day , no real queue or overcrowding in the Crown Jewels display area. Highly recommend doing this experience.
Early entry to Tower before crowd. Guide Natalie gave a great introduction with good humor. Y Oman Warder was also very entertaining and informative-- stayed until all questions were answered.
I appreciate some of the Beefeaters energy but for the most part the whole experience felt rushed and as though we were an inconvenience. I've done the Beefeater tour before and it did not feel this way last time. He also skipped stories that were told last time. The story of Monmouth and the reattachment of his head for the painting. The fact that Isaac Newton stayed at the tower. Also stories about the ravens. It was a bummer all around because I had talked about this experience as a major highlight to my husband who was experiencing it for the first time. If the experience is going to be shorter, let us know and charge us less.
Scott Kelly our Beefeater was excellent, very engaging, knowledgeable, good sense of humour. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting London
So glad we booked this early access tour. Amazing experience made even more memorable by our Yeoman Warder guide. 6 stars out of 5 🤩
8.30 meetings with guide 30 minutes talking about builds you can see in London nothing to do with tower ! Was expecting more time with beefeater we had 20 mins maiyaboutbthe ravens and Roman wall! Although he did question what the guide had said as not double up so not a great deal of communication lastly our group suddenly double with another party which took away the communication we were having with the beefeater very disappointing was expecting more time and more history
David was brilliant very knowledgeable and easy to understand Expected longer with the Beefeater but it was a good tour
Andy was very informative and had a lovely story method mixed with a sense of humour.
Tour guide was funny and interesting and very knowledgeable
saw a lot of interesting things. Walking was a little too long and could have done with a little less dates and names
OUR GUIDE was awesome and definitely he has a great knowledge. We surely recommend the tour with the Beefeater
Enjoyed the guide and the Beefeaters summary of the area!
Nathalie our guide was awesome. The yeoman tour was wonderful!
Very informative on the history meeting with the Beefeater was great
The brief information and access to the tower.
The crown jewels and the explanations from the Beefeater - in the morning it was very pleasant

What I loved the most was all of the valuable information that the guide gave us. From the sites, locations and restaurants. I'll definitely be returning and recommend this service to my friends and family.
Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. The allotted time at the Tower of London would have been awesome if it was even 30 minutes longer. However as part of the tour included a boat ride down the Thames there was a schedule that had to be adhered to.
Natalie was amazing! She gave us facts instead of pointing to something and giving us the name as we walked by. It was fascinating!
This was the most fabulous 4-hour tour. Our guide was Natalie. She was attentive to every single person on the tour and made sure we always got the best viewing spots. Our ticket included a Thames ride in addition to the Crown Jewels, Tower of London and changing of the guard at Buckinghma Palace. I truly feel your visit of London would not be complete without it.
The guide was great was able to get us into great spots for photos quickly. Well planned. Well executed! The directions to meet up are a bit dodgy. The guides carry little flags on sticks but the booking makes it sound as if there is sign creating confusion till you figure it out.
The tower of london has always been on my bucket list and the tour guide Sophie was absolutely amazing. She was funny and knowledgeable and really gave a great tour.
They were calling when I was on a ship not able to take a phone call but ended up getting the info via voice maile time was earlier. I'm good. Once in London I get a phone call. I said I got the message time change and the Rep was no I had to be a different day . As soon as I said I can't do that all of a sudden she say she can't hear me trouble on the line . Maybe but I could hear her. She said call back the number I just called on. I did ended up being a phone tree and I pressed the option to call me back which didn't happened. I'm assuming it's cancelled. The following day another Rep calls to tell me about the time change which doesn't work now since I assumed you all cancelled on me. She said she would refund my money which better happen. This was not on me and please do the right thing.
We had a great time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the experience. I do wish we could have had more time at the tower.
Our tour guide Jeremy was the best part of the experience. He was friendly, informative and funny. The reason I didn't rate it awesome is because we didn't actually get a guided tour of the Tower of London or early access as was advertised
The Tower of London. It's a shame that we had so little time inside the Tower and couldn't see everything at our leisure.

The Harry Potter performance was sublime, with the actors living up to their roles, the set, special effects and atmosphere were great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Seeing the sights, going on the boat were nice. Getting through the line quickly was nice. Not sure your was completely necessary to view Tower of london
Jeremy was very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide but the tour was tower of Lond and changing of the guards but there was no guards changing. We still enjoyed the tour though
The early tour of the Tower with the Changing of the Guard and the Crown Jewels is an absolute recommendation. Mary, our guide, then led us through the sights of Westminster and gave us lots of additional information. You could tell that she is still fascinated by this city. And that's exactly what she conveyed to us as a group in a very authentic way. Top!

Louise was extremely knowledgeable and a very experienced welcoming guide. The overall experience was exceptional, however 1 hour in the Tower of London is just not long enough to enjoy or see it all.
Overall a very enjoyable experience. The guide Isabelle was exceptional full of nuggets of information. For me travelling with two children under 13 some concession should have been given. Definitely recommend to my colleagues just double check what your paying for and booked.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and very engaging. A really enjoyable experience. I learnt quite a few new bits of information about London. I really enjoyed watching the opening ceremony of the Tower of London and the Crown Jewels.
Natalie was a great tourguide!
Everything was perfect. Could not have been better very excited to have done this visit.
Jeremy led a really fun and informative tour of the City. Highly recommend.

The tour guide was informative and we learned a lot. It was also easy to book on the app and easy to find where the tour started.
The guide Sheila was superb so full of warmth, humor and ironi. We enjoyed the walks trough the cathedral with a little mischeivous twist when looking for the carved fish and spaceship and the grounds of the Tower and we will definitly book guided tours with the company again, Guðleif & Kristján, Iceland
Our guide Silvia was so amazing! Her knowledge of London is unmatched and her delivery was both entertaining and captivating!
