Our guide, Bruce, was awesome. He provided information in a colourful and interesting way and facilitated our experiences expertly. Our driver, Farat, was great. We had a smooth and comfortable ride.
Although time was limited because of three places visit in one day, everything was perfect and all my family enjoyed a lot! Nice guide, nice driver ! I also appreciate all passengers. They were so punctual in time manners.
This experience was awesome, although very fast-paced. Other than Stonehenge I felt like I was running through the exhibits to see the highlights of Windsor Castle and the Roman baths; in order to use a washroom and grab a bite to eat before heading on the bus again. If possible, I would have elected to only do Windsor and Stonehenge and would go back to Bath for a couple days in itself. Although fast, it was an awesome tour and Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath are all exceptionally beautiful. My guide was Eileen, and she was equal parts informative and entertaining. It was a great day.
Our guide was Regina and our driver was Malcolm who drive us safely and smoothly to our destinations. Regina was very knowledgable about the area and the sights we were going to visit. She gave lots of good information to prepare us for our visits and also pointed out points of interest along the way. This tour was more of an appetizer because of the time alloted to each destination. A full day is definitely needed to completely tour Windsor Castle and we could spend 3 or 4 days visiting the town of Bath. Our next trip will definitely include those destinations. The time spent at Stonehenge was the perfect amount to see ruins and learn about the history. I would recommend Headout and would definitely book another tour through this company.
Loved Tom our guide. He was witty and interesting. Driver also got full marks for very capable driving
Angela and Greg...Stonehenge was a disaster and they made it manageable and salvaged the day!
The narration given by the tour guide was informative and just right - leaving us enough time for catching up with resting. He also added in some extra bits tracing common sayings back to their origins. Irrespective of whether true or not it shows that the guide has made some efforts trying to do a better job.
Our guide Mariya was very kind. However, the time given in the first two attractions were not enough. Windsor Castle had to be done in a hurry and the same happened with Stonehenge. The guide encouraged us to visit the exhibition centre and grab something to eat, but you had to decide whether to go to the toilet, eat, buy souvenirs or take your time around Stonehenge, didn't even have time to buy any souvenirs. The time in Bath was ok. I wouldn't recommend it
The guide Mariya was very kind. Unfortunately the time was not enough in Windsor and Stonehenge. In my opinion you should not offer this kind of tour if you know the time is not enough. For example, in Windsor we had less than an hour to go around the castle, didn't even have time to look at the shop. In Stonehenge we had to choose, either grab something to eat or go to tge toilet. We couldn't enjoy go around the stones, as we we going to be late for the bus. The time in Barh though, was enough. That's why I think you shouldn't be offering this kind of tours.Even the guide admitted the time was not enough

It was a beautiful experience. Pick up point on the booking form was not clear so it should be removed. There is no pick up option only meeting point at the station.
Ticketing was ok except the requirement to print the tickets - I got a QRcode, so why to print? The best thing was the guide - Mel. As a guide myself I can assess his work. Professional, friendly, helpful a knew really everything. Hope the guide on our next trip will be the same quality.
The places were as expected, but we really liked the guide - Stefan - who was knowledgeable and funny. Wouild go with him any time again!
Highly recommend this tour as it covers a lot of great locations outside of London. Enjoyed how all the visitors were given some time on their own to explore and shop around after visiting the main sites. Wish there was more time allocated in Oxford as there are many things to do in the City - maybe a bit of time could be reduced from Warwick castle and allocated to Oxford. Overall an amazing experience and highly recommend this experience
