Ticketing purchased with Headout platform was a breeze. Will definitely use Headout again. Reminders of your purchased ticket will be sent to you days in advance or 1 day before, which is good. HP tour at Warner Bros was a spectacular experience. You will enjoy full max if you are a Potterhead like me. No regrets.
I had a great time at the WB Studios. Sadly, I missed the transport due to a problem with a Bolt that never arrived, but was able to get to the location by myself and my ticket had been left at the Ticket Stand, so I got to enter a little later. I had the time of my life. Make sure to be always on time for transport and plan ahead as London is very unpredictable.
Very punctual bus. An immersive experience in the world of Harry Potter very well put together with lots of details. 100% worth it.

The meeting point was not well specified, I went to the wrong place, and no one could tell me where to go It was fortunate that a gentleman told me that the meeting point was inside the station at GATE 0

Well, I had a little uncertainty reading the reviews ... but I can say that everything went super well, clarify if it helps that do not expect anyone from headout in the waiting area, because pars the route go from other pages or places of sale, easier to go directly to the bus, and there will be a person q you ask the name to get on ... all perfect well!!!! 100% recommendable

The bus left on time. The driver was charming and very friendly. I had no problem with the tickets. Everything went smoothly.
View original review in Spanish
I didn't have the clear information that the total experience with shuttle departure started at 9am. That's why I went there 1h30 before departure, as a precaution and having found conflicting information about it on the web. When I got back, the information about the meeting place was unclear. Otherwise, the tour itself was great!

The studio is spectacular, the trip is long but worth it, it would be nice some more time in the studio but we had time for everything, see everything do a couple of attractions and have a butterbeer.

Was amazing start to finish! Would of stayed all day looking at all the original props and movie sets! Went to the frog cafe after for an amazing milkshake and staff are all so lovely will definitely go again
Absolutely loved Harry Potter studios and collecting tickets and transfer there went smoothly however we didn't get into Studios until 1pm and bus was leaving to come back at 4.20. There's no way that's enough time to really enjoy the experience We weren't even half way around by 3.30pm so forfeited the bus transfer back and didn't leave the studios until 6.30pm but felt we'd seen everything at a leisurely pace and enjoyed a meal! There's free bus transfer s from studios to Watford Station, so easy enough to get back .
Everything was perfect! Meeting point and departure time super accurate despite the rain! Well organized studio entrance and punctual return trip. I recommend it!!! 🤩

The studios are amazing, every set, every detail. Too bad it didn't last a little longer, you have to do the tour too fast.
View original review in Spanish
The only problem is that when you book, it's not written that they count 3 hours of travel out of the 7 hours, so you stay 4 hours at the studios... But personally, I had plenty of time to enjoy the visit and take lots of photos! And I even had time for a bite to eat and a drink before heading off to the boutique!

The purchase generates a great deal of doubt. You get nothing more than a reservation number. It gives the option to download an application to see the tickets, but you have to give your bank details. Until the last moment of finding the guide, I had doubts if everything was correct.

Got the bus from Victoria which was well worth paying extra for as it too the stress out of making our own way. The driver Gary was very helpful and gave us tips to make sure we made the most of the day. HP tour was so much more than we could have dreamt. It was amazing
operatori molto gentili e chiari nelle spiegazioni, servizio puntuale e senza ritardi o inconvenienti. Esperienza positiva! È andato tutto secondo programma
Loved the studio! 10/10. However, the bus trip could have been better with only small changes. I expected that the bus driver and guide would say ''Welcome'' and a few words about the trip, but nothing. Would have felt better if they said something before and after the studio.
Neat bus and staff. It did take a long wait on the bus when we got to WB studios and the host had to get the tickets, then we had to get back in line with that, but I guess that's because so many people visit this.

Perfect transportation service and on time, the studios are great, I think an extra hour or so wouldn't hurt to take things more slowly.
View original review in Italian
The studios were amazing and the tour well organized. The only downside was the long bus transfer - it is not advertised, that you spend more or less 3 hours on the bus getting to and from the studios...
Because of London traffic we arrived 40 min late to the studios but the driver made it up to us by picking us up 40 min later...there is more than enough time to enjoy the studios and also to stop for a meal or drink
View original review in Italian
I love how smooth the experience is from the start up until the end of it. I just think it is much better if you can extend the time so that it can be more enjoyable and have more time to roam around.
We decided to make our own way to the venue and return with the bus provided back to London. The tickets werent at the ticket office as mentioned in the guide and a person had to be called to bring them to us after a period of confusion. We were given 4 hours to tour the Warner Bros studios which despite us going through quite swiftly , we still had to rush through the end and run to the bus . The information about the company we are booked in with was unclear to the bus drivers as Headout orders the buses through a differnt company, which is not mentioned on the tickets . Omce we were on the bus it was okay , but i feel there is a lot of room for improvement to make the trip stress free. Warner Bros tour was amazing and definitely worth going.
Everything great very well explained both the meeting point and the Experience that has been very smooth without any inconvenience recommended 100% The Harry Potter studios super cool if you come to London you can not miss this experience.

Very easy to book, transportation on time for the outward and return trip. The time we had to tour the studios and have lunch was sufficient. I recommend it 100%.

The tour guide was well knowledgeable and in the times when nothing was happening at the changing of the guard, he kept us informed. I totally appreciated the story of the man that broke in and was with the queen, and the fact that she understood him and greeted him well.... amazing story, I'm sure it was an event.
Kateryna our guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and a great sense of humour, engaged everyone in the group. She also knew the best vantage points during the changing of the guard.
Our guide Kevin was an English original and was full of heart and wit! Very entertaining and amusing! A real experience: simply top!

I would never be able to understand what was happening nor figure out which way to go without a guide. She was awesome, very nice with a great spirit and sense of humor and explained in details each part of the tour. I definitely recommend.
Very nice guide. The trip met our expectations: a small group, some knowledge, some humor, the opportunity to take fantastic photos. I recommend
A guided tour for the changing of the guards was definitely the way to go! Our guide knew exactly where to go to get the best views and was very knowledgeable.
The guide was very good and there was plenty of information about Buckingham Palace and the changing of the guard. Unfortunately a group of four who were late for another group aggressively joined us. The guide was furious and eventually gave in and took the group away. I thought that was outrageous. After half an hour, the four of them were suddenly gone, with equipment including earphones. As if that was planned? Nevertheless, the guide was great and did a good job.

The lecturer was perfect, very friendly, and her articulation of English very understandable, with anecdotes. She took us to the best places to get a good look at the horseguards.

Adrian, our guide, was enthusiastic and gave a lot of information. A great experience, I highly recommend it.
View original review in French
Our guide Marilyn did a great job on the tour 👍🏼 Unfortunately, the booking states that it is a tour "through Buckingham Palace". However, this was not the case. You walk from the Monument of York to the Palace, but do not enter the Palace itself. Nevertheless, the tour was very interesting.

We were able to enjoy all the best moments of the shift up close thanks to the guide's excellent knowledge. Aron was a perfect guide who took us to the best spots and explained a lot about traditions, the history of the guard, the history of certain characters in the monarchy. I loved it, and so did my son (8). Great mix of knowledge, humor and pedagogy!

It was great. I loved that the guy leading the toor was very excited and took usbto the best spots to see the changing of the guard. Would highly recommend Raf
It was a really nice experience, it is a captivating ceremonial display of British tradition. With its precision, colorful uniforms, and rhythmic music, it draws large crowds, offering a unique glimpse into royal pageantry.
Unable to get tickets without internet and this caused problems. Natalie our guide for the changing of the guard was excellent. I would recommend her to anyone.
sophie, our guide was super good, always took us to the best places, we were able to see and experience everything. thank you!

Our guide knew where and when to stand for seeing the guards. We enjoyed the stories - both historical and light hearted. I would have liked to have heard more of the guards playing but then we would have missed out hearing more from the guide.
Jeremy, our guide for the Changing of the Guards, was excellent!! We were able to see the band and the Guards from a few vantage points which was fun. Jeremy also was full of intereting information about Buckingham Palace and the surrounding parks and palace. I would highly recomment taking this tour.
Michael was an excellent guide and we were all amazed by his knowledge and the way he described everything to us. Unfortunately we couldn't experience the change of the guard
Ou4 guide (Sophie) was amazing. Knowledgable, personal and funny. She made the history lessons so entertaining that even our 14 year old girls enjoyed the expreince very much. Thank you.
Our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. Lots of history learned and the changing of the guard ceremony was a really cool experience.
Lee was a fantastic guide with tons of knowledge and funny guy. He got us to see perfect timing of all the steps of changing of the guard.
Our guide Sophie was very dynamic and pleasant. Always available to answer questions. Lots of information punctuated by a pleasant touch of humor. Having a guide to introduce us to the changing of the guard was a plus that put us in a good position. Tickets for the Tower of London purchased in advance allowed us to get on with the day.

I can't say enough now amazing Louise was as our tour guide for changing of the guards! She was extremely knowledgeable, witty, and so much fun! We had the best spots to see everything! Thank you Louise!
Lee was an incredible tour guide who was incredibly knowledgable about the various sights we saw throughtout the tour, and ensured that the entire group stayed together. Could not have asked for a better experience.

We've been taking the Big Bus for a long time. This is the first time we've had to wait so long to catch a bus. We looked at the waiting time on the app, but it kept changing. Also, once it arrived, it could be crowded, which sometimes prevented us from sitting down and/or listening to the audio guide.

Seamless ticeketing procedure online.Wonderfyl! The itenerary has been very well planned with a running commentary it made the tour comfortable and easy to connect with the places we passed by.
Ticketing was easy and very convenient. Loved being able to get around and get off at the places we wanted to see more of.
Open roof bus is great. But audio guide was interrupted and cut-off many, many times. So information was lost, what you saw driving by. Sometimes it was also not clear which house etc. the guide talked about, as we had passed it already or where not there yet. Or the description was too vague. The audio guide is the added benefit compared to driving around the city with the regular much cheaper bus lines. If the audio guide doesn't work properly, the tour is not worth its price.
Love the ability to use the hop on hop off at many locations. Just a bit muddling as to where the stops were , that is which side of the street you get the bus . Also the blue is a bit too long fir one ride.
Got to see alot but it was the hottest day of the year and it was very hot on top. We did come prepared with hats and water. However the English haven't invented aircon yet so it was very hot when we had to sit downstairs. I can imagine it would be freezing in winter.
being able to cover all the major attractions with flexibility on choosing which one to see and where to get off. different routes (red and blue) help as well in terms of some planning for the sights the river cruise was excellent (with the weather being great as well on the day) One issue that we encountered was that the frequency would vary for the buses and the app at times wasnt that helpful.
Made a list of what we wanted to see. Saw everything using hop on hop off bus..brilliant we also went on the river cruise from Tower Bridge to Westminster.
It was very convenient. The drivers were so helpful any time I had questions. Would be nice if buses were air conditioned or windows opened more.
The sights of London. However, we noticed that there were no many Red route buses in comparison to the Blue route buses. We had to wait at Hyde Park corner for over 20 minutes for a Red bus, but 4 Blue buses came & went in that time.
The bus tour was great, it included the main sites to visit and the application with the whole route and stops is very helpful. I'll suggest to find a common stop to connect the 3 routes (green, blue and red) to enjoy a full trip. Also, the cruise for the Thames river was only one way, we thought it was a round trip and that we will return to the same place we started to continue with the hop on hop off route but had to walked some time to go back and start again the route.
The map you have on your website is no longer accurate so we waited around for several busses to get on the ORANGE line and it no longer exists. With everyone using technology today, you should update your map on your site.
It was good to see the attractions and have some info about them. Unfortunately the map we got with our tickets was out of date so we wasted a lot of time looking for where to catch the bus. Once we got the bus we had the up to date version and could work out where to go.
Easy to order online, only issue was confirmation e mail stated photo I'd required to relinquish tickets. I had no photo ID. Contacted the help chat and was reassured this was not needed. Plenty of buses available good commentary, friendly drivers. Loved driving over Tower bridge.
We checked in for the first time and the driver simply waived us back and did not direct us to the earphones. We had to figure out the audio system on our own. It was a hot day and the downstairs if our bus was stiffling; once we moved upstairs it was better. Tour was good once we got deleted in; explanations on the audio guide need to be updated now that there is a new monarch in place.
We had a great time on our London hop on hop off tour with Big Bus. The addition is the one way Thames River cruise was a really nice addition although some of the information for this could have been easier to find on the websites. The bus tours were good except that some of the stops near Picadilly were changed because of detours and we didn't know about this until the bus was driving off route according to the map. We ended up getting off and course correcting ourselves. The commentary on the bus is pre recorded which was informative and fine but know that it does repeat some of the facts at different points.
The bus had issues with several of the audio outlets and at leas six of the plug-in boxed did not work around the seats I had. The 1:35 hr trip took nearly 4 hr due to traffic problems (no fault of the bus/service)...😕
The mate on the river cruise was funny and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed it! After three days of walking, the bus was a great way to see the city and test the feet.
The bus driver was so kind and helpful
GOOD UNDERSTANDING VIA HEADSET FOR US DANESE. THE GUIDE ON THE BOAT WAS ENTERTAINING BUT SPOKE TOO FAST
Thames cruise good overview of the highlights of the city
Ticketing experience was great and the acctivities were terrific
The live commentary was great - informative and funny! And the views from the river can't be beat
Looked the combined bus and boat ride. Online Ticketing was easy and convenient

I liked the start very much. Christmas hats, good help, pleasant atmosphere. Only after the start, tour guide kept talking continuously, did not keep his mouth shut. That resulted in us not listening at one point, and thus missed the most important information about the beautiful spots. I think a tour leader could be more concise in his narration and there are silences too.

I had done this tour a few years ago, and that experience was absolutely amazing, so I might have set the bar a bit too high this time. The tour was still enjoyable, but it felt like our guide was in a bit of a rush. He walked very quickly, which made it challenging for the whole group to keep up, especially with kids and the busy traffic. While he covered the basics, I would have loved to hear more details—my previous guide shared lots of fun facts that made the experience even more engaging. That said, the tour was still entertaining, and the quiz added a fun interactive element with points to win during the walk.
I liked how knowledgable the guide was, and how she made the group interact with the house questions. The walk didn't serm long with all the stops and stories, and even our 9yo enjoyed it and found the time passing quickly and the distance OK.
I really enjoyed seeing the various London sights. The guide, Sophie, was knowledgeable and engaging and clearly knew her stuff.
My tour guide was awesome! He did a great job including everyone's interest and taking our group around iconic locations.
Our tour guide was stellar, bursting with knowledge, energy and enthusiasm, so highly contagious. The chance to visit the real life locations where some scenes were shot, learn of the difficulties encountered, the modifications that were made to these locations prenor post shooting and comparing them with the final result that reaches cinema goers , right there during the tour. Great value for money.
Our guide (Bethany) was great, patient, fun and knowledgeable. An experience that we adults and even the little ones really enjoyed!

A fun filled activity for us as a family. The tour was awesome, engaging and fun filled. Jack, our guide/host, was absolutely amazing! Thank you for the experience.
Seeing different parts of London. It was our first night in London and it gave us a good foundation to the rest of our visit.
We had such a great time. Jack was an amazing guide with a wealth of knowledge about all things Harry Potter, London, and British pop culture.
The guide could have been louder as we couldn't hear her above all the noise around us unless we were right next to her. Also, we got lost towards the end of the tour & she just left our boys 16 & 17 once the tour ended on their own !!Would have been safer if she could have called us without just leaving them on their own in the middle of London!!!
My family came from Belgium and we needed a French Guide, Sophie was perfect, we discover a loads of place and received great explanation relating to the Harry Potter Film Locations. Even me living already for nearly 15 years in London I discover some gems I dind't know about! Thanks Sophie! Joffrey
very nice tour guide, told a lot, unfortunately the locations were relatively boring, but we saw parts of the city and locations that we would never have seen on our own
Excellent welcome and preparation by our guide Perla! Really very knowledgeable, funny and nice!!! The kids were thrilled ... I recommend it .

Perla was a fantastic tour guide and knew her subject matter very well. The tour was really fun and was a great way to see central London.
We did the tour as a family of 5. 0ur guide was Jack, the best guide in town 🤩 It was nice to see some London highlights while doing the tour. The quiz during the tour was interactive and especially our children liked it when they could win a point for their team. The Harry Potter links were there, one a bit more obvious than the other. Our guide explained us everything with a lot of passion! Thank you!
The Harry Potter Walking Tour was fabulous! Perla is an extremely knowledgeable guide, not only about Harry Potter but about London. Adding in the movie clips was great and really helped connect the sights with the films. I saw a different side of London from my other meanderings around the city. I highly recommend this interesting, engaging tour of Harry's London!
I loved learning more fun facts about Harry Potter and I loved how interactive our tourguide was. He was amazing! 10/10 would reccomend this to anyone who is in London and loves Harry Potter. It was also such a great way to walk around and explore the city.
It was a great tour, not too long, not too short, our tour guide was very nice and told us everything in an exciting way. There were 9 of us (3 kids and 2 pensioners). We had the tour in German. Highly recommended.

Hi, it was great, with Ivan everything was very entertaining, we liked it very much. The only thing I would like to say is that I don't know if more places could be added. Anyway, now I know things I didn't know before! Thanks Ivan!

We loved the duration, the narration and such a friendly guide engaging the crowd and taking care throughout the tour. The quiz, the sorting and videos were all very entertaining and the time flew.
Strolling through the streets of London, associating the history of the city with the theme of the walk, and then a guide, Ivan, really great!

All very excellent. Good service from Ivan. Everything explained in detail and shows a lot of knowledge of the saga and with entertaining dynamics. Thanks

Good experience, too bad that you cannot track the bus location through the app and consequently cannot estimate how long you are going to have to wait for the bus. It would also be helpful if stops that are temporarily not in use were displayed in the app.

Nice tour with good audio explanations, audio quality very good. We were able to see all the important sights from the comfort of the bus. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the 20 minute break not mentioned anywhere towards the end of our last trip when the children were already tired and hungry

Using the App was quite easy for older folk. The staff were helpful on the bus. Timetables and maps very easy to follow enjoyed the distance we could travel.
Excursion was good. It rained that day so the bus windows fogged up. Some of the audio connections didn't work in the bus. Also we expected the half covered top busses but didn't see any that day. Saw them next day
Easy to book, mobile ticket is an awesome feature to avoid printing hard copy of tickets. The blue tour was excellent, goes through all important sites. The only one tiny issue to fix is to make your top floor seats waterproof. Cheers, Salah
Easy to find the locations, happy about the routes. Only thing is would have had more information about London and it s details in the audio guide. I wish less music was played in the audio guide and added some useful information and history about each location or general information about London.
App was good . Service good. Drivers were very good. Would be great to see app with extra explanation what can be seen at every bus stop.
To begin with I would like to mention the good treatment, the breakfasts were nice and sustained. We had privacy, wifi available, and above all tranquility that allowed us to rest well.

We booked for 48 hours and the first day was good but the 2nd we want to take the yellow line and from Big ben to Picardy circus all venues was closed so we walked on venue after the other on and finally never took the bus and lost our money !! 4 of us. When we finally see a bus and talked to them about it, nobody was awared of it (green line) they were having conversation via walky talky and it seems to be a suprise for everybody... No notice on the apps... a lost of money and time, unfortunatly time is very important when you travel, gain customer always the one who pay for it.
Great going on the route, but the music playing on the headphones wasn't great. And it would've been nice to have each building pointed out and what it was. But recommend.
A very nice way to see London. And very friendly staff they could take an example from here in the netherlands.

It was great to see all the Interesting spots in London. Hop on - Hop off allows to see and visit the places in a relaxed way. With the app it is easy to find the bus stops and to know when the next bus might arrive. This is the only topic which should be improved. Information on bus arrival was not relyable and sometimes busses did not arrive at all.
I loved the itinerary and the flexibility of having several buses on the same day. I didn't like the website where I bought it, because I would have liked to have bought 48 hours and I ended up buying 24 hours because of a bug in the app.

We liked the tour but not the traffic situation in London. Not your fault though. The guides and the staff on stops were excellent and helpful. It wasn't possible to only mark the first box so that is why we ticked the second.
The possibility of using 3 lines with 3 different routes. The yellow line certainly the most interesting, the blue line also very good because at some stops it allows you to change with the yellow.

Easy to use, buses not too full. Unfortunately, the audio guide sometimes didn't quite fit the route, was either behind or already one stop ahead.

We were a party of four - two adults ( I am British) and two teenagers 13 & 15, all from Canada. We were very pleased with the route(s), the drivers and their assistance, generally the experience on-board was a good standard .... BUT ... the audio we all felt was very poor. Very little history of the London landmarks we passed, too much music which was irrelavant to the trip, the personal feelings &/or experiences and thoughts of the commentators was unnecessary, for example when near Buckingham Palace and heading towards Victoria the male voice said " well actually i don`t like parades" - similar words to that effect......!!!!! After half of the trip we turned off the audio because it was felt to be of no benefit at all. I would be interested to know if anyone from your sales or customer services team had taken the tour from the respect of being a tourist and wanting to know historic information about London. In fact does anyone really and honestly care which school David Cameron`s daughter went to.....? Your comments would be interested to receive, or indeed please telephone me 07946 589123. Best regards, John Calder
The buses are pleasant and fairly frequent. The staff are very friendly. My suggestion would be to add more information and anecdotes and to describe the building in question. The little notes of humor are great.

Whhhhyyy do I need an app just for the ticket?!?!? This is stupid!! I had them added to the specific toot bus app, but then they weren't offline available. We had to search for WiFi to get the app etc. For foreign tourists who don't always have data on holiday, this is really dumb, sorry. For on the bus: stop playing music between the information. We missed half the guide content, because we kept taking off the headphones because the music was so annoying. Other than that. Nice buses, good schedule, good routes and most of all: incredibly kind staff. They really save the whole experience.
Nice long rides, we were able to see a lot in London and most drivers super friendly, like the one on the green route. Only minus point the earphones for the audio did not always work correctly, some really did not work and on others the nr jumped back to "1" so to english.

Friendy ground support staff. Drivers always smiling and welcoming in any connection. The weather was not good for me, but it has nothing to do with the Toop. I had an opportunity to see and get information about the places and monumet. I will have more time to contonue to the green line, and night seen site to London including walking tour.
The routes were thorough & timely. Ticketing was easy. There was a bit of an oops with the audio on one bus. Another item I would hope you might be able to change is that while in traffic awaiting the next sight/stop, that more historical stories be told instead of playing music. The same songs were played over & over. Also, the volume between music & story telling was significantly different.
We were in a hurry, for the first time in London, so the bus experience was PERFECT for our needs. We got to see a lot of London historical sights, even though we would have loved to go much more in depth (next time!).
Busses were on time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Different routes available for all the hotspots. Had an amazing day.
I thought it was value for money and staff were extremely friendly the weather spoilt it a bit but it was great fun hop off and on the bus

My trip was truly exceptional, and I cherished every single moment. The organization was flawless, showcasing the expertise and warm hospitality of the teams at each location. Their professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable.
The tour lived up to expectations. We were able to see London in three different ways. We used our tickets in an agile way and without queues. Recommended!!!!

The tour with Big Bus was well organized. There were staff at all the stops who helped us, but sometimes we had to wait longer. London Eye and the Thames trip were well worth seeing. Absolutely recommendable. Small point of criticism The guide on the bus tour could have been a bit more informative. It was playful for children.

Headout had all my Big bus tickets ready for me to save in my Walket for easy access and showing at the bus ticket stops. Great service on the London hop on hop off and very helpful guides for queries. Only problem was the long waits between buses but that's city traffic for you. Fabulous experience and definitely consider using Headout again to book future excursions.
It was a great package, but it was difficult to always find the right organizer on site. It was also not clear that you should only use the specific things from the specific provider. Unfortunately, we lost a lot of time as a result.

The London Eye was a great experience for us (including 2 children). We found everything easily and we were lucky that the queue wasn't very long. On the Thames river cruise afterwards, we got on halfway because we thought it started right next to the London Eye and so missed the first half of our paid ride. Nobody pointed this out to us either. A more precise starting point would be important to mention here. And the bus ride was ok, unfortunately it was actually pointless in parts due to a lot of traffic. We stood there for about 1.5 hours without seeing anything new. But we couldn't get off either because we were too far away from the other routes.

The bus was busy so our family were split up and spent more time downstairs than upstairs on the bus. Was expecting the bus to go to Buckingham Palace but two of your different oloured buses took the same route.
Able to see much of the city by riding Hop on Hop Off. was never able to use the ticket for the river cruise. Not enough time and never could find the location to board the boat
Bird's eye view through London Eye, a nice circular bus ride in central London & concluded it with calming boat ride to Greenwich.
Love to see the city by bus for the first time and the river cruise . Need to see more buses on stops and to have full return river cruise .
This allowed us the time to see as much as we could and stop at the sites we wanted to. We had limited time available to enjoy London. We will be back again.
In the bus the driver made anyone get on , so we were forced to stay downstairs . Another time the driver responded rudely to a question I asked .

The driver didn't follow the route in some cases and moreover at the bus stop near Buckingham palace we had to change the bus 3 times - we spent there (at one bus stop) more than 30 minutes because of changing buses. It was very chaotic and the staff was unpleasant. Everything else was great. ;)
Hop On - Hop Off is brilliant. Not only for exploring but also as a means of transportation. The texts are informative and entertaining. The Thames trip is a must! London Eye too. What we didn't do were the guided walks - we did enough walking as it was
View original review in German
Confusing bus stops but it was due to road closure not the bus. Was unsure which bus line we were on. If you could clearly mark inside the bus which line it would have been helpful. Overall experience was good.
A good pack to enjoy in the city of London

The whole experience was amazing. Excellent welcoming and helpful staff. So very informative information on route. Absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend.
Really nice experience, inside the bridge you can download an 'audio guide that tells the history of the bridge construction, there are really interesting and unique viewpoints, walking on the glass is a really impressive experience. Not insignificant detail: the reservation time is approximate, so even if you arrive a little earlier or a little later, you get in without any problems.

Loved all the information there was to read as we walked up the steps and through the horizontal passageway. Very educational indeed. Will highly recommend to others.
The glass bottom experience was the coolest thing I ve done in London so far. Cooler than the London Eye.. scary and exciting at the same time
The experience was amazing. The views are outstanding, with the high rises of the city dwarfing the ancient St Paul's cathedral and Tower of London. The tour was very informative and the glass walkway rather unnerving. It was not crowded so you could move through the attraction at your own pace. Plenty of great restaurants nearby to top of an amazing evening. Best done at night when the city is a mass of lights.
Totally loved the glass floors and the windows for taking pictures! Also very satisfied with ticketing and accessibility.
It was so easy and useful. We just printed the tickets and entered the bridge and enjoed it. After I bought the tickets I had read so many negative comments and experiences about headout. I was really stressed. I had 9 tickets for 3 different places. I had contacted to lical agencies and got confirmation if the tickets were valid or not. I got positive replies and I didn't have any problem in London. Headout is really reliable.
Quick and easy entrance even though we arrived before time slot. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very interesting facts displayed and never felt crowd or rush through.
A great way to learn loads about an iconic global landmark and its history. Plenty of information boards, videos and audio tracks to inform and entertain. The glass walkway was just brilliant-provided you are not too scared of heights! I reckon I am pretty immune but still got a weird feeling watching the boats go though the bridge underneath my feet. A long way underneath my feet !! Allow a good hour plus to do it all properly.
Absolutely uncomplicated ticket purchase for one of the best attractions in London! It's great to visit Tower Bridge from the inside and enjoy the view!!!!

No problems with ticketing, my daughter and I enjoyed our visit to the Tower Bridge and Engine rooms. Recommended for kids and adults alike!
The view from Tower Bridge and the glass floor, the engine room was also very interesting. Very nice and helpful staff!

The place for the queue outside was not indicated at all. So when we arrived we didn t know there was a (very big) queue... We had our prebooked tickets but it was so crowded and there was no signalisation to let visitors with tickets know Where they must wait for. You should put 2 lines : one for people without tickets or with later tickets ; a second line with the good Time.
¡Muy recomendable! Está muy bien poder subir a ver las torres y cruzar por las pasarelas que las unen. Tienes vistas de la ciudad muy bonitas y el trozo de suelo de cristal le da mucho juego para hacerte fotos.
Great aerial view of London with just enough information to be well taught. Both the Eye and the cruise were perfect for our first full day in the UK.
What an amazing thing to do in London. Tower Bridge has always been our favourite but to see it like this was great fun.
The self guided tour was perfect. Lots of signage to give important info. Interesting little facts about building the bridge and history of the bridge.
Overall it was a really fun experience- the bridge lifted whilst we were up there so that was pretty interesting, some of the other guests were quite rude to the staff and fellow customers, not that that is a fault of the venue but it might be an idea to have more than one guide up there whilst another is presenting. We got made to feel like naughty school kids for queuing up with our travel bags and when we asked where we should take them, the young lady was awfully blunt "I think there's a place down there, don't know" shrugs and walks off.
Ticketing experience was ok though additional fees were a kick in the teeth. It was a fantastic experience but a bit pricey for what it was. But overall a good attraction
The process was very straightforward and stress free. Mt partner and I absolutely loved the added value of the riverboat sightseeing cruise. We are so glad we went with Headout!!!!
This was a night before decision, and I would 100% recommend it! Tower Bridge is fascinating and the views are amazing!
The ride on the London Eye was great. Super organized, despite long queues it went quickly. TOP! The boat trip was difficult as no one knew where to go and where we were allowed to go with the ticket. So we only went from London Eye to Tower Bridge. But this trip was great. Super funny guide who explained everything to us.

The visit to Tower Bridge was a real highlight for us. It is totally impressive and incredibly well done. Especially for families. Our children thought it was one of the best experiences in London and we really saw a lot and I think we expected the least from the bridge beforehand. You can't imagine that it can look like this inside a bridge. Really great. Thank you!!!
