As a surprise for my wife's 60th birthday with a champagne experience, this was a huge highlight We both had a wonderful day

Was upset to learn eye was not working due to weather but we were taken to vip lounge and had a couple of drinks and then the eye open again. We were there for our daughter for her 21st birthday. Tia our host looked after us from start to finish- she was great and very knowledgeable when we had questions for her.
I purchased the ticket with the faster access to the attraction, and loved being able to skip that 30+ minute wait. From getting to the London Eye, I was in my pod within 5 minutes.
Our host Will was wonderful! He was informative about our experience, was very friendly and helpful with picture taking. He helped our experience be a fantastic one!
The VIP package was an excellent choice for our 25th anniversary. Three couples and our fantastic guide made the 30-minute trip. As the night lights of London began revealing this vast city, we were educated on London landmarks and trivia. The champagne was an excellent addition to our experience.
"We booked the champagne experience and are more than satisfied - the price-performance ratio is top! But what we absolutely have to emphasize is Arnie, our companion. He was simply the highlight of the whole experience! My mom and I felt incredibly comfortable and in good hands. And the photos he took - just WOW! Thank you so much for this unforgettable time!"

The London Eye experience was great. Luckily I had my 16 year old grandson with me as I struggled with downloading the app without his help I would have found it difficult. But I will say the staff were very helpful and patient with nana.
We could go straight ahead and didn't have to queue. The view was fantastic. It was a great experience to see London from above.

Was a good time and experience I love everything the staff was very helpful and friendly I enjoyed it very much so thank you for your service and your hospitality
very easy ticketing experience. arrived earlier than ticket was booked for but wasnt a problem at all - staff were very efficient and boarded people as quick as they could. Very expensive though
Will was great , shared some great info while on the ride with us . And ofcourse the champagne was also great. Will did point out things to see and help with pic opportunities for all the guests. Sunset ride was really great , by the time we were on the top point it was getting dark as the city was lighting up.
Superb view of London's slightly crowded capsule Ticket respected and adaptable, but rather expensive... Possibility of adding the cruise!

We were lucky enough to have booked the VIP experience on a quiet day so had a pod between 6 of us. Plenty of room to move around.
Absolutely amazing experience .... highly recommended!!! Staff was so lovely too ... made are annvesiary day to remember.
The view was amazing!! Plenty of room to wander around. The unit moved so slowly, it didn't feel like it was moving. I bought the 'easy on' ticket. Best thing ever. Arrived at the Eye and stepped right in! So happy I did it!!
Sorry. Thought you were asking if you could question me, so I said alright. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and have recommended this excursion to all our friends.
The attraction provides a great view of London's rooftops, the capsules are very spacious and clean, they don't move and for those who suffer from vertigo, I don't think they will be affected that much. The ride takes about 30 min and acceptable quality price. Recommended as an attraction to do in London

Easy, quick access, uncomplicated entry and VIP experience allowed me to travel with fewer and more comfortable people.

The complete experience is marvelous! I enjoy the guide, waiting in the vip bar and enjoying great champagne avoiding lines! I'll repeat it
Everyone I talked to was really friendly and patiened (I come from Germany and my english is not the best). Thank you for your help. Also it doesn't work you gave your best. I wish people in Germany were as friendly as you are.
The champagne experience is really worth it. A maximum of 18 people in the cabin, 25-30 fit in. Totally relaxed, you meet in the lounge beforehand and the group goes to the Fast Lane together with a guide. Champagne is then served in the cabin, with orange juice, apple spritzer or water for the kids. We didn't have to wait at the fast lane.

Had a lovely time on the London Eye. Got the last time slot of the evening and saw London while the sun was setting Worth doing at anytime of the day or night
We could postpone the entrance time flexibly, as the entrance was not too busy. We waited 5 minutes and got in.

Magnificent experience with incredible views of the city, we took the last tour at 5.45pm with sunset, superb.

Entry to:
The Tower of London is fabulous, a huge site with hundreds of years of history. We explored the whole castle, walked the battlements and chatted to the yeomen.
Very good visit ! we stayed there for a little over 2 hours to tour the site and explore the different rooms. There is a lot to see and it is very interesting. Opportunity to see the Crown Jewels (which is the reason for our visit) but everything else about the tour is just as amazing ! You will be able to see for example: the White Tower, the ravens, the Chapel, as well as different exhibition rooms which give you a lot of explanations... all with a view of the Tower Bridge.
It was fantastic! Our outside guide Louise was lovely and interesting and very funny. Our beefeater inside was very interesting and also very funny! We learned a lot from them both, and were very pleased to have taken the private tour.
Buying the tickets was quick and easy, and we were inside the Tower in no time. Every 30 minutes, there’s a free guided tour with a Yeoman, which we joined and would highly recommend. Our guide was both funny and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. After the tour, we explored the different buildings inside the Tower at our own pace. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!
The Eye of London is not worth it for the price and the duration of the ride. However the Tower of London is absolutely worth it, extremely friendly yeomans, an architectural masterpeace and an importante cultural cite to visit
It was super easy to get in with e-tickets, I showed up at the entrance and once scanned they let me in right away, the Tower of London then is spectacular.

All the staff were very friendly, there were no queues, everything was very overwhelming, the paths well described, toilets top, the narrator was funny and super loud voice everyone could understand her as she told us the stories of kings and kings with factual words and funny details.

Thoroughly enjoyed the tower of London, especially the Warden tour. We allocated 4 hrs but it just wasn't enough time. Was disappointed with tower bridge as we thought that we would see under the bridge workings a d engine e room, but it was just a display of the engines in a building. The walkways were interesting. Views were amazing
Given the price of the attraction, I expected the audio guide to be included. I used the online audio guide indicated at the time of entry but had difficulty, especially at first, locating the tour route and identifying the places corresponding to the comments in the guidebook itself. I suggest that the route of the visit be more clearly indicated by also putting up signs at the places with which a commentary is associated in the audioguide

Everything went well, easy and we managed to achieve all the visits on out list in time. Good interaction with the staff.
Ticketing experience was great - very easy. I wish the Tower was more handicap accessible, though I know that can't really be helped.
It was really lovely to be able to see so much of the historic building. I thought the walking escalator to see the crowns was a nice touch as it meant everyone was able to clearly see and not crowd around.
Loved going to Tower of London. My Sons are decendents of Colonel Thomas Blood so it was very special to take them to see their great great great great grandfather's history! A must see for anyone visiting London for the first time
The kindness and help of the personnel. One member of our group lost his cap. By asking one of the wardens for advice it was located in minutes. Thank you and well done!
Loved the short tour with the Beefeater, she was great. It was great having the rest of the day to go where we pleased. The Crown Jewels were amazing!
Elasticity, although we bought the ticket with a specific time, we were, due to traffic, late but they immediately let us in without any problems. The jewelry is wonderful and The Tower is simply fabulous.

We had a wonderful time and the half day trip to Windsor Castle was defenitley worth it! If you are thinking about going, do it! Our guide Ava and driver Trisha were excellent! The bus was very nice and clean, and pick up was a breeze. There was plenty of room on the bus as the entire group size ended up only being about 20 people, which was nice! Trisha was an excellent driver and very nice! Ava was fantastic and talked about some of the history of the castle and royalty on the ride up. Ava walked us up to the castle and gave us our wristbands for entry. She gave great instructions on how to get back to the bus after as well. After going through quick security, We got there just in time to see the changing of the guard. We had plenty of time to see the State Apartments & St.George Chapel (we skipped the dollhouse) & then grabbed some coffee and did some shopping before heading back to the bus. Only a few times/rooms throughout the tour did it feel busy/crowded, so it was nice to take our time and see everything without having to wait on people/room to move around. We were dropped back off at our pickup point after. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting London and has never been to Windsor before.
Had no problem with use of Tickets to Tower or London Eye both scanned just fine. Transaction was smooth and saved a little money using this company! I recommend !
The initial introduction in the church was fascinating and AJ did a fabulous job of giving us a history lesson in such a short time before turning us loose to explore the complex. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the lines to get into see the Crown Jewels and the White Tower.
The tour by Nev was excellent. Very humorous and informative. The Crown Jewels exhibition was really impressive and the royal residence area was very interesting. The cafe was also good.
I bought my ticket via this app and with 10% discount via my first booking. We entered the castle easily with prtinted version. I have lots of negative comments on internet but they are not true. Headout is really reliable.
I saw one of the ravens dig through a rubbish bin and my mum gasped and whispered "is that a condoms?" to me when it pulled out a plastic bag.
Everything I saw .everything well organized, clean and wonderful . The jewelry is fantastic . Pretty bars.the crows really surreal. I recommend it is I will go back

On time and good time management, friendly service. For those wondering like me, the british museum option pickup is at the hotel as the location is described.
Ticketing purchased with Headout platform was a breeze. Will definitely use Headout again. Reminders of your purchased ticket will be sent to you days in advance or 1 day before, which is good. HP tour at Warner Bros was a spectacular experience. You will enjoy full max if you are a Potterhead like me. No regrets.
I had a great time at the WB Studios. Sadly, I missed the transport due to a problem with a Bolt that never arrived, but was able to get to the location by myself and my ticket had been left at the Ticket Stand, so I got to enter a little later. I had the time of my life. Make sure to be always on time for transport and plan ahead as London is very unpredictable.
Very punctual bus. An immersive experience in the world of Harry Potter very well put together with lots of details. 100% worth it.

The meeting point was not well specified, I went to the wrong place, and no one could tell me where to go It was fortunate that a gentleman told me that the meeting point was inside the station at GATE 0

Well, I had a little uncertainty reading the reviews ... but I can say that everything went super well, clarify if it helps that do not expect anyone from headout in the waiting area, because pars the route go from other pages or places of sale, easier to go directly to the bus, and there will be a person q you ask the name to get on ... all perfect well!!!! 100% recommendable

The bus left on time. The driver was charming and very friendly. I had no problem with the tickets. Everything went smoothly.
View original review in Spanish
I didn't have the clear information that the total experience with shuttle departure started at 9am. That's why I went there 1h30 before departure, as a precaution and having found conflicting information about it on the web. When I got back, the information about the meeting place was unclear. Otherwise, the tour itself was great!

The studio is spectacular, the trip is long but worth it, it would be nice some more time in the studio but we had time for everything, see everything do a couple of attractions and have a butterbeer.

Was amazing start to finish! Would of stayed all day looking at all the original props and movie sets! Went to the frog cafe after for an amazing milkshake and staff are all so lovely will definitely go again
Absolutely loved Harry Potter studios and collecting tickets and transfer there went smoothly however we didn't get into Studios until 1pm and bus was leaving to come back at 4.20. There's no way that's enough time to really enjoy the experience We weren't even half way around by 3.30pm so forfeited the bus transfer back and didn't leave the studios until 6.30pm but felt we'd seen everything at a leisurely pace and enjoyed a meal! There's free bus transfer s from studios to Watford Station, so easy enough to get back .
Everything was perfect! Meeting point and departure time super accurate despite the rain! Well organized studio entrance and punctual return trip. I recommend it!!! 🤩

The studios are amazing, every set, every detail. Too bad it didn't last a little longer, you have to do the tour too fast.
View original review in Spanish
The only problem is that when you book, it's not written that they count 3 hours of travel out of the 7 hours, so you stay 4 hours at the studios... But personally, I had plenty of time to enjoy the visit and take lots of photos! And I even had time for a bite to eat and a drink before heading off to the boutique!

The purchase generates a great deal of doubt. You get nothing more than a reservation number. It gives the option to download an application to see the tickets, but you have to give your bank details. Until the last moment of finding the guide, I had doubts if everything was correct.

Got the bus from Victoria which was well worth paying extra for as it too the stress out of making our own way. The driver Gary was very helpful and gave us tips to make sure we made the most of the day. HP tour was so much more than we could have dreamt. It was amazing
operatori molto gentili e chiari nelle spiegazioni, servizio puntuale e senza ritardi o inconvenienti. Esperienza positiva! È andato tutto secondo programma
Loved the studio! 10/10. However, the bus trip could have been better with only small changes. I expected that the bus driver and guide would say ''Welcome'' and a few words about the trip, but nothing. Would have felt better if they said something before and after the studio.
Neat bus and staff. It did take a long wait on the bus when we got to WB studios and the host had to get the tickets, then we had to get back in line with that, but I guess that's because so many people visit this.

Perfect transportation service and on time, the studios are great, I think an extra hour or so wouldn't hurt to take things more slowly.
View original review in Italian
The studios were amazing and the tour well organized. The only downside was the long bus transfer - it is not advertised, that you spend more or less 3 hours on the bus getting to and from the studios...
Because of London traffic we arrived 40 min late to the studios but the driver made it up to us by picking us up 40 min later...there is more than enough time to enjoy the studios and also to stop for a meal or drink
View original review in Italian
I love how smooth the experience is from the start up until the end of it. I just think it is much better if you can extend the time so that it can be more enjoyable and have more time to roam around.
We decided to make our own way to the venue and return with the bus provided back to London. The tickets werent at the ticket office as mentioned in the guide and a person had to be called to bring them to us after a period of confusion. We were given 4 hours to tour the Warner Bros studios which despite us going through quite swiftly , we still had to rush through the end and run to the bus . The information about the company we are booked in with was unclear to the bus drivers as Headout orders the buses through a differnt company, which is not mentioned on the tickets . Omce we were on the bus it was okay , but i feel there is a lot of room for improvement to make the trip stress free. Warner Bros tour was amazing and definitely worth going.
Everything great very well explained both the meeting point and the Experience that has been very smooth without any inconvenience recommended 100% The Harry Potter studios super cool if you come to London you can not miss this experience.

It is VAST. Very likely the most informative and educational outdoors trip in London and around and likely one of the best botanical experiences if not the best. The primary reason is the plants and exhibits have excellent stories and descriptions suitable for an expert à newbie or even a kid. The must watch is the Princess of Wales observatory for amazing switch in the maintained weather conditions as you move through the room and probably the most recent of the setups. The kitchen gardens also shouldn't be missed although both come at the end of the standard kew highlights walk if you were to follow that. Of do plan to spend enough time in the glass houses as there is some amount of walk between the key points and overall the cover most of the park. A full day would be necessary and possibly not sufficient to cover all primary spots unless you plan the order of tour, walking time and keep enough time for all. It has definitely got some great spots for kids but the walking around could be tiring. It has an excellent children park in the middle but including that can take a up a lot of time too. Most plant exhibits will close by 3pm unless it's the summer time I think so plan accordingly and start early.
It was a beautiful place with so much to see and explore. The little train is a great way to get around. Lots of lovely places to eat or just get a drink. Thoroughly recommend.
Everything work out 100% on the day the staff were great and acepted the booking reference even though I was concerned as we did not have physical tickets.
The most beautiful botanical garden! Exceptional for its beautiful old trees, its facilities, its large glass roof, the children's playground! And what's more, the dish of the day at the restaurant was delicious. Hélène from Terrebonne, Quebec, Canada

My ticketing experience with Headout was simple and I appreciated the directions to the redemption point. Kew Gardens is lovely!
It was a quiet and a lovely garden, beautiful flowers and their aroma. The botanical garden was good too. If you are a nature lover then it's a must go.
It was my second time to visit but the first one with my friend was during the COVID pandemic so most entries inside were closed including some snack bars. I was with my husband yesterday and we enjoyed it much: lush green, well-manicured array of plants species, fresh air to breathe, convenient and clean toilets, nice food and refreshments. Glitch was no one cared about cleaning the stained dirty food trays and there were no clean plates to put the salad, please do something about it. We have mobility issues and have only gone to about 3-4 sites so we will definitely come back.
One of my favorite places in London, perfect day out with family and friends. Kew Gardens is an absolute gem! The diversity of plants and the beauty of the landscapes are truly breathtaking.
We were impressed with the quicker entrances, with our tickets, and first class treatment. We thoroughly enjoyed both Kew Gardens, and it's good parking, also Windsor Castle, the following day!
One of the most beautiful places seen in England! Exceptional care for the botanical world, perfect trip from London! 🌿

I enjoyed wandering all the different gardens looking at all the different plant species, my experience with the booking system was quick easy and simple with no problems.
Absolutely lovely day at Kew Gardens. The glass houses are incredible and the range of trees and plants outside is very impressive. Nice cafes too.
It took only a few extra second to check my booking, but everybody was helpful. The Garden is a really must-to-visit palace, but you need at least 4-5 hours, or more to see everything. Unfortunately couldn't visit the Pagoda, as it closed at 16:30. But loved every step of IT! 😍
Lots of different areas for all types of flower and plant lovers... enjoyed walking through all the wilder areas and seeing the lovely birds and art installations. Worth the time. Easy to find taking the tube.
Kew is simply amazing. I did not realize that I booked with a third party seller. This slowed down entrance. I would make sure that I buy from Kew next time.
Garden was beauitful. Spent 3 hours walking all around it (and could have stayed for longer if I didn't have other plans). Ticket was at first not going to be accepted as no barcode was showing, but then they managed to find the ticket code. Wouldn't mind going again!
A superb park with a rich variety of trees, shrubs and flowers. The Royal Greenhouse is impressive, with its elegant shapes and wrought iron. There are tropical plants for every taste. In places, the scents surprise you, like the irresistible curry or the enchanting lime blossom. The spaces are well laid out, with some charming water features. Bérangère

We very like & enjoy this trip!
We had amazing weather. It was our first visit and I thought it was absolutely beautiful.

Very well organised, we were lucky to have a sunny day with great views. We did the IFS cable car first. Thorough enjoyable experience
Our guide Jack was amazing, I walked the dome with my mum who is 84 and Jack helped and encouraged her all the way. His knowledge of the surroundings was great and his sense of humour really made our day.
The experience was excellent! We went up at the o2 for my daughter's birthday and she loved it. The only down side was having to download an app to access the tickets. I would prefer them to be on email.
the whole experience was first class , arrived early and was allowed on the earlier climb , safety instructions were clear and explained well , our guide was very good and made people relaxed with no need to rush . would definately recommend .
I loved it from start to finish. The information before was great to know as had no idea the O2 was themed around the year.
Tickets were easy to book and useful to have on the headout app, as I can't always access tickets in other ways. The climb over the O2 is a brilliant experience, well organised, with friendly and well-informed guides. I felt safe at all times. The view from the top is spectacular and being able to spend time there, with information given about the places in London is great.
Great organisation. Helpful staff and a wonderful guide . Made my birthday bucket list trip really memorable with my grandson
It was great fun! I was apprehensive as it seemed like not much to do for quite a bit of money. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, our climb host was great and kept the enthusiasm up throghout. The views from the top were great as we had a nice clear day. One of our party is afraid of heights but was ok with it as it is a sloped climb and there are no sheer drops you can look down from. It's an experience that I found tough enough to be rewarding but not so tough I was getting angry as to why I'd decided to do it!
We loved it though I found the first third hard going and got a bit panicky - my fault as I'm 76 and should know better. However we are so glad we made it and Joey was great.
Staff were friendly, informative and efficient. Would definitely recommend a summer evening slot as the views were amazing and we were very lucky with the weather! Our guide, Theo, was excellent 😊
Enjoyed all of the experience, great day to do it as weather was cracking the flags. Views were amazing. Karl with a K great host
Fantastic experience, friendly instructor - we were blessed with a beautiful day which made the views from the top incredible. Would definitely recommend to others
Very well organised. Good paced. Good size group- not overcrowded. Leader was AWESOME. Very understanding and patient with my medical needs, never made me feel an inconvenience or that it was unachievable.
Our tour guide was great! She was very informative and made sure we were all happy as we were climbing. She kept checking back to make sure everyone was comfortable. She thoroughly checked our harnesses and made sure we were safe and secure. The views were incredible up there, it was nice to stop, look at the views, have a drink and take some great photos.
We had a great guide. Joey was a fantastic fountain of knowledge and extremely well natures and jovial. Definitely recommend him as a guide. Great day out.
The 2 guides, Frayer, and Carolina, made the experience even more enjoyable, they are very professional, and helpful in every way, it was an amazing view from the top
I found the experience amazing!!!!! Really glad I did it. Found the first part difficult until I got into a rhythm. The views are amazing. Our guide was extremely helpful. It was great sharing the experience with my daughter and sister. It was for my daughters 30th birthday so treated her to champagne on top of the O2. We all loved. Would seriously recommend it and would do it all over again.
Up at the O2 was amazing. From start to finish the staff explained every aspect of the climb. Joey was an absolute star. He was kind, considerate and very knowledgable. Emily couldn't do enough for us. Once at the top the view was incredible. A fabulous experience.
Scarlette, our guide for the climb was very engaging and friendly. The climb delivered on the views across London as promised. All equipment provided and all staff helpful. Booking was easy.
Karl was brilliant made the journey over very enjoyable lots of information and a wonderful experience would definitely do it again :)
Really well executed, Freya was knowledgeable, friendly and professional! She kept a few people in the group in line, re: safety! Really enjoyed our climb, and will return to being the kids to do it! Thank you.
Karl with a 'K' was a super guide. He was very attentive and ensured all participants were correctly secured while giving a talk on correct protocols to be followed while walking on top of the 02. Glad I had taken up the offer of a jacket provided as it was a very windy day. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Had a fun , safe experience and especially had a great guide Max who had an indepth knowledge of London history who was very proffesional telling all sort of amazing stories as we walked up the o2 . A beautiful view of London once you are at the top.
Brilliant staff and guide (Scarlett) throughout our experience! Highly recommend going up and see the beautiful London landscape! We consider going for a night hike.
I was the only person on the 1815 tour but it still went ahead. My guide was great. I had as long as I wanted. It was my own private tour!
