The experience for me, my cousin and my baby was mind blowing. I love everything. I'm not a fan of fish especially eating fish but I saw fishes that I didn't even believe could exist. Saw sharks up close, it was amazing.
Everything was fascinating! We loved to see penguins, sea horses and jellyfishes especially ❤️ and the other sea creatures were exceptional. Thank you for desining a wonderful sea life and making us experience that amazing world.
We did like all the consevation messages mentioned throughout the museum. We felt it wasn't as extensive as other acquariums we have visited in the US.
We love coming here my nephew is obsessed by fish so loves it , the only thing wasn't too impressed with was there selling bubble tea on the way round and everything is card now
Fantastic for children and adults alike. We loved all aspects, especially the huge tank with sharks, turtles and other beautiful fish. We also live the educational aspect and donated using the tap function. Recommended and look forward to bringing my granddaughter when we next visit the capital.
Well, I was waiting for an all around glass structure to move into the sea life, just because of the advertisements. But it was still nice. One thing to be considered, if there was a ramp while leaving the building(exit), that would have been easier for buggies and even for wheelchairs. There are lots of family visitors with babies. I did not see any ramp, just stairs were there. But if there is another exit with a ramp, it is not well described by signs then.
Briefly. Th exhibition was very good. The cost, however, did not represent value for money - it was very expensive especially for children. The photographic item at the start was very pushy. There was nowhere to buy a coffee. The signs on the tanks were poor and in some cases non- existent.
All in all it is a wounderful place, however there are other attractions that were not included in the ticket price (like the pictures and 3d experience). It would be ok if the price were not as expensive.
Spent 1/2 a day there with my daughter, she loved the whale skeleton in the main tank and the jellyfish display. The kids her age really enjoyed the polar bear play area and we also went on the virtual shark swim. Great time and memories made.
My 8 year old daughter loved the experience. She particularly liked the seahorses, the rays, the penguins and the turtles.
My experience was good, everything went well and my daughters and I were very happy with everything we saw in the aquarium, especially the sea turtles, stingrays and sharks. The toilets were clean and organized, which pleased me very much. At the end there is a little shop where you can buy souvenirs of the incredible day, but the prices of the products could be more affordable.

I took my baby niece and she loved watching the clown fish and penguins in particular. There was so much for us all to see!
Was lovely to see marine species close up. Maybe with more staff to be around to be asked questions ?? Overall was a lovely visit.
I loved the jellyfish and the turtles particularly. The door staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The tanks and access were excellent and the shop had a good selection at realistic prices. I wasn't particularly happy with the penguin enclosure. It looks a bit bleak and the penguins look bored.
Jellyfish were cool, Nemo was pretty, turtles were majestic and the baby box fish was also cute. So many cute animals, we loved it!
Great to see and chill with kids. Sharks are amazing vreatures and kids were astonished. We didn't see as many seahorses as we'd like but it was still a pretty amazing experience. Highly recomended during the workday, the place is nit crowded at all and you can see all the animals properly.
We were able to take our time and see all the things exhibits! Nice variety of species. However, the hurricane experience didn't work and there was no rain me near to tell!
Sharing the experience with family made visiting the Aquarium very special. It was lovely seeing our 8 month old granddaughter getting excited over the huge variety of sea life. The huge turtles and sharks were awesome to watch as were the entertaining penguins, & we were so impressed by the size of the aquarium. Displays were educational and interesting, cafe & lift were on offer, as were photos of ourselves with aquatic backgrounds. A great experience, thank you!
We chose 3 because we only had 1 day. It was great because it did not require reservations for Westminster Abbey which was sold out for the day.
Really special visit with my son and a friend. Very good collection and the explanations are interesting. Lots of games and interactive bits for smaller children. Staff always helpfull. Congratulations
I liked the jellyfish area and the penguin area, it's a pity that the glass at the penguins was very dirty, otherwise it's fantastic, I'll come back again
Really good attraction, you feel really close to all the animals with views from different spaces ant the sharks are amazing, you can almost count their teeth as they go past!
It was a good experience. I went with my elderly mum who was so keen to visit. However, there was no where for her to sit for a few minutes when she felt tired and dizzy. So we had to leave early and did not see as much as we would have at the price we paid. Staff were nice though! Thanks
I was able to book a ticket for the following morning with Headcount - this didn't seem to be possible with other app/sites. The queue moved quickly and it wasn't enormously busy inside (we went in for 10am). We loved the jellyfish, the coral reef and the unicorn fish!
It was more than we expected a great experience looking forward to visit again and have more fun. Every thing was value for money and my son really enjoyed every minute

The view from the London Eye is splendid and well worth the price. On the other hand, Sea Life is far too crowded to take advantage of weekday mornings.

Fantastic views and very good wheelchair access. The city boat trip was not told it was a one-way trip. Fortunately it worked out fine and I found my way back to the hotel

Buying tickets is quick and easy. I really liked the convenience of entering the attractions just by presenting the virtual ticket. I recommend it.

We got to experience both attractions at the time we chose and no queuing. Both rhe London Eye and Madam Tussods were very enjoyable
It's awesome, that make your day easy. Morning go to the London eye then go to mesume. Save time and wonderful experience.
Madame Tussauds: top. London Eye: been there, done that, and the view is as spectacular as ever (despite the clouds). Sea Life: a little disappointed as it's very small, even if the aquaria are fantastic; however, I didn't quite understand the connection with the tropics area (snake, tarantula, frog, etc.).

The whole experience was amazing. The kids loved the tunnel where they could see the fish above them. To see the whole of London in so many angles was gaw dropping
I really enjoyed the River Thames cruise and the London Eye ride as we could see 👀 the whole of London as it was my hubby's and my first time experience so we enjoyed it even more together ❤️ 😀
Aside the long queue which was understandable because it's summer, we had a fun time at both the London Eye and the aquarium.
The experience with my children and seeing their faces light up best part. The ticket combo price was decent too, in general central London is a sight. In general good food around halal too which was a bonus for us. However the que for London Eye was huge. We eealised you can book whatever time slot makes no difference. On our sea life aquarium it states 16hours hence we decided after the long que of London Eye and then 30 mins of the london eye we were hungry, lets eat and relax before going in for the aquarium.... went to the aquarium was having a great time, they announced we had only 45 mins left till they close. So we was rushed in a sense. When we exited the aquarium London eye was still running so we clocked we should have booked times and gone in the other way round
Ease of buying the tickets online which meant we didn't have to queue too long for each experience. We both loved the Aquarium but my granddaughter who is 8 was a little bored by the London Eye. I think she expected it to move as fast as a roller coaster. I enjoyed it anyhow.
My wife is pregnant nearly 8 months She was tired on that day after visiting other places in the morning We didn't accept that the que was long that day And we wanted to come early home because of wife's situation We came to the queue at 5.30pm But our reserved time was 6pm But they asked us to come out from the queue and join back at 6 from the start I wanted to cancel the tickets but as they are not refundable we stay until 6pm to join the queue
I conquered my fear of heights on the London eye . Aquarium was great lots of things to see . Tickets were handy and fast .
I loved the London wheel, it was a great experience to see the whole city and the landmarks. It was fast in line and very organized everything!!!!!

Hello. The combination of tickets was a good combination. At Lindon Eya we got in right away, no need to queue as we had fast track tickets. Sea life was hampered by such a large number of small children who were very loud. The experience would have been better if we didn't have to listen to the noise. The wax museum was a positive surprise. It contained a lot of surprises. It was my favourite of the three.

Headout gave us great value and a seamless experience. The London Eye is a must do for all visitors to London (even us Brits) as you get to see a good distance from the top, not to mention its great location for views of Parliament and Tower Bridge. The London Dungeon was also great fun, with high quality live actors and realistic scenes, although its original location at London Bridge use to make it more eerie with the rumble of the trains overhead.
Was so easy with electronic tickets, they just scan our qr code and we got in. Fast track saved us a lot of time. Woth it.
Easy to reach them, I would recommend the combined tickets. Afterwords you can get further discounts from Headout.com Good organisation of the tours everything is online, maybe some guided tours could be in person. Best wishes, Zsolt Varga Hungary
I was hoping I wouldn't have to wait in the normal queue considering I had a specific schedule. It should be better explained that it is not a fast entry or fast pass. I was lucky at the London Eye and since I went before 10am and it was raining I got in fairly early. If I got there at 10:15 I wouldn't go up before 11am.

The London eye offers a nice view of the city. You can see Buckingham Palace and Westminster Palace. Madame Tussaud is worth every penny! Nice for young and old.
View from London Eye was nice. The attractions at madam Tussauds was great. The only negative thing was that there was no information on the ticket about the necessity to acquire a specific time slot ticket as well from the ticket office. This delayed our visit a couple of hours, not good.
Both activities were amazing. We could see entire London from the top during the London eye The characters looked real in madam tussauds

Ticket booking and redemption worked perfectly! Tickets were in the app straight away! We would book with headout again! We really enjoyed Sea life! Shrek's adventure is a guided tour in English with actors. The tour starts exactly on the booked date and not a minute earlier. It was cute and the kids liked it anyway, but it's not particularly worth it for the price for non-English speaking tourists.

Perfect day at the aquarium and Shrek my daughter loved it and had such a wonderful time really worth it value for money definately would book it again !!!!!
Shrek adventure is a lot of fun, with a lot of rhythm and unparalleled actors who know how to interact with children. Otherwise the story and the scenery are great. Very funny.
