Staff were so accommodating in terms of the coats and backpacks we brought along. We were shown the cloakroom. There were smiles all round.
It was an amazing experience, the staff are so welcoming and genuinely helpful , thank you all for the lovely experience
It was exciting to learn about the history of the English royal family. However, it was almost exclusively photographs, which is not how it was presented online. We therefore expected something different.

Excellent layout that you could actually comfortably move about. Not oversold so easy to view exhibits. The reason I rated as excellent was due to the staff. Friendly, polite and helpful. Please relay these comments to them. Thank you.
Our trip to Buckingham Palace and the Changing of the Guards was an amazing experience. Nathalie, our guide was funny, incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we had the best spots to see all the action! I highly recommend this tour and if you have Nathlie as your guide you're in luck!! Great experience!!
The experience was amazing! Just know it tells you that you must print out the ticket, what that means is that you must go inside and the show the staff your tickets and they will print them for you!
Head out good. Enjoyed talking to resident artist. Learned about this art form.
I thought the ticket was to get in the palace.
The availability of tickets at such short notice. This has been an AMAZING experience Thank you.
Counter staff said, it's included with garden...but we didn't get any garden entry.
It was sweet, but I didn't realize it was just photos of the royal family.
It was really interesting to listen stories from photographers.
It's very nice and big. There's a lot to explore and learn.
The artwork was amazing and stories were very interesting. Thanks for the opportunity.
Great exhibition but needed a guide
Efficient system to buy tickets. It was easy to get them and then you only had to print them at the front desk

Ticketing went well and was done well in advance of our visit. The castle and other buildings are wonderful. Loved seeing St. Georges, and the Windsor Castle itself. The Doll House was fascinating and a beautiful piece of art work demonstrating extraordinary craftmanship of the era. Such a nice place. Also love that it is right in town and other shops to explore.
The whole experience of Windsor Castle was amazing. I'm proud to have such a beautiful landmark in the country I live within. The whole tour was wonderful we enjoyed it all very much. The most memorable moment was seeing where the late Queen was laid to rest.
I found it easy to make the purchase, my wife and I loved everything and we intend to return to see very interesting things more calmly.

We had a lovely time walking round the castle. We didn't realise that St George's chapel was closed on a Sunday, which was slightly disappointing. Overall we had a good time
the visit to the castle was awesome. magnificent interior spaces breathe history and endless stories. I was sorry that I was not allowed to take pictures in all the interiors. I will never see beautiful coats of arms or porcelain sets anywhere else. I was very pleased with the friendly approach of all employees and their willingness to show and explain anything. it was an awesome trip.
It was wonderful: the château is splendid. The audio guides are very informative and suitable for everyone. We had booked for 12.30pm, but arrived early and were even able to get in 1.5 hours early, which meant we could take our time and also enjoy the Long Walk and Eton in the afternoon.

It was great ... Was just a little disappointed that are tickets, purchased this way, were only valid for the day whereas purchased from Windsor Castle direct, they are valid for the year.
The whole day was amazing. Collected the tickets on arriving at Windsor and was the. Able to go in before the booked time which was great as we were there for the Changing of the Guards. A great day
Easy to book tickets, and being able to avoid the queue was a bonus, had a really good day out visiting the castle and then a walk round the town.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and how much of the castle we had access to. We were also delighted to be able to go into the Chapel and were really pleased with the food we purchased on site
It was amazing to see the opulence of the apartments. The architecture and attention to detail of everything we saw. Fantastic expierence iverall
Trip was fine but disappointed that the ticket I had bought was not an annual pass that could have been purchased elsewhere
We loved everything about Windsor castle! It was an epic experience! The magnitude and magnificence of the building blew us away! We also loved learning about its history and the fact that it has been lived in and used since it was first built in the 1100's!
Easy to book the digital ticket worked a dream. Windsor Castle is amazing prestine condition with a very interesting history
The ticketing was easy and we even gained entry ahead of our allotted time. My husband uses a mobility scooter and the staff were wonderful. From the first entry point and all around the castle all the volunteers were so helpful. They couldn't do enough to make getting around the whole venue as simple as possible. With great thanks to them we were both able to see every room and area of the castle. It was a fantastic visit and one I would recommend to anyone who enjoys general history, and royal history in particular.
A wonderful experience to see where the royal family live. I enjoyed St Georges chapel as It was so relaxing and the acoustics were brilliant when the choir were singing and playing. Struggling with back problems the security staff there were very helpful taking me another way in to see the dolls house which was well worth seeing.
St.Georges Chaple was my favourit. The ground was very well maintened. The staff was very friendly. Everything was perfect and quick at the entrance!
We really liked the very well restored rooms and halls and the reminder from headout with the mail was good.

I was disappointed that st George's Hall is closed on a Sunday. Im not sure if it said this pre booking, I think not. Certainly it wasn't clear. I had two days I could have visited and would have picked differently had I know.
Obtaining the tickets was a smooth, user-friendly transaction. The lady at the Victoria Gate entrance was knowledgable and took the time to explain the ammenties offered as well as highlighted the must-sees of the garden. Everything was labeled and the walkway signage was clear. Overall a totally wonderful experience!
Tickets for entry into the Windsor Castle went good. Staff was excellent. My wife and I enjoyed our day touring the castle and town.
Pre book tickets is a must. It can get very busy, and the queues and security take a while to get through. It is to be expected though, so not a major issue. One inside Windsor Castle is amazing, and worth every penny of the entrance fee. Allow a few hours for your visit as there is plenty to see.
We had tickets for 12 entry but we arrived at 10am and they let us in has it was noyt to busy, with the tickets we also went past the others whom had not booked in advance and zom through. We were there for over 4.5 hrs enjoyed every minute of it.
Being the longest-reigning British monarch, HM Queen Elizabeth is beloved and respected not just in the UK but around the globe. On her 21st birthday, she declared that she would dedicate her whole life, whether long or short, to the service of the people, and she has strived to live up to these words ever since.
When King George VI’s health started to decline, Elizabeth frequently took his place in public events. She also took his place in the proposed Commonwealth tour of Australia and New Zealand through Kenya in early 1952. Unfortunately, during this tour, Elizabeth heard the news of her father’s death, and she was now a young 25-year-old girl who had suddenly become the Queen. Elizabeth then returned to the UK to assume her duties as the new Queen. She chose to retain her name Elizabeth as her regnal name, which allowed her to become Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom.
