Lovely museum. Have been to the one in Amsterdam which we thoroughly enjoyed. Well laid out. Clean Friendly staff Fabulous art x
The exhibition was fantastic! To be able to get so close to amazing works of art was unforgettable. What would have give 'headout' an 'awesome' would've have been no young children (under 6 year olds I think) running around screaming and crying! Put a blot on an otherwise very memorable visit.
Fabulous experience very chilled and room to explore at leisure. Some great art to stimulate conversation!
Well laid out, plenty of space and time to appreciate the exhibits and the staff and facilities were excellent.

Staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. I had a group of children with me and needed urgently to charge a phone whilst in the exhibit. No one was able to help. Poor customer service and dis engaged staff. Not a happy team.
I wasn't really sure what to expect, however, this exhibition is excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed being immersed in such amazing live art work. I certainly recommend this exhibition for all ages.
There are much much better immersive museums around, with bigger venues and more interactive features (Netherland, Singapore). This was not one of the impressive ones. Sorry....
Easy ticket purchase but didn't realise I had to download the app to show my tickets. Great experience, loved the reimagining of these famous artworks.

We loved immersive experience, feeling we were part of the art. It was a different way to experience the art. We all enjoyed it - me, my boyfriend and my teenage daughter
Ticketing experience was smoothless. The exhibition was absolutely amazing. We particularly liked room three. The gentleman who was outside room four was a little abrupt with his comments about not sitting on the floor or touching the screens although he did offer us chairs to sit on which was a nice touch we felt but it did not deter from the wonderful experience. We have and will recommend to friends and family.
This experience is extraordinary! Everything is magnificent: colors, movements, music, etc... a wonderful time! This lively, vibrant exhibition is a must-see. The best part: the very pleasant and friendly staff, especially in the boutique! Many thanks to all ... Keep it up, it's breathtaking and magical.

All of it but loved the great masters' works coming to life. Tiny children were ecstatic about the first two experiences.
A warm welcome on arrival and a variety of immersion experience into the world of art! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed! Would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone!
It was very innovative and immersive. Each gallery offered something new and made one think about the different artists and their works. I have recommended it to friends and relatives and hope to return.
Your beautiful boat at sea... The incredible waves and storms. But the whole expo was incredible (atmosphere, music, entertainment). Bravo

It completely separated me from the hustle and bustle of every day life and allowed me a rare opportunity for reflection. An amazing experience.
A very good immersive experience The best I have seen In a nice venue Easy to reach on public transport and with good local eateries We enjoyed our visit very much, especially the first room with beautiful imagery
Everything was perfect. The various topics were beautifully done. My only tip would be to regulate "influencers" who irritated The experience by posing around the room.
The on- line ticketing was easy & provided instruction for arrival. The wall explanations were well organized & described helpful information about the layout of the exhaustion as well as details of all the works. Everything was well orchestrated and we did not feel rushed or too crowded to see everything.. Each room was a different experience & I loved watching the sheer delight of the children who were mesmerized by all the colour , light & movement.
the fact of immersing ourselves in well-known works, and having all the colors change around us, with music, very nice realization! Thanks for this great idea! interactive with 10-year-olds

I like most of them, except the "Beyond Reality". The "artwork" may be famous, but just not my cup of tea. I will not rate the staff / service as good if I have to, as none of the staff give me the feeling that they're friendly / helpful. Nevertheless, as I was paying mainly for the immersive experience of the artwork, I do not expect greeting or much service from the staff. So it won't affect me rated "Good" here. The reason I mentioned staff / service is just a comparison of other experiences I went, this is the weakest one.
a wonderful, delightful exhibition! You feel like you are in the middle of the action: on a stormy sea, in the mountains, in Venice. I really liked that there are 4 rooms with different themes and genres. I also have to emphasize the courtesy and kindness of the staff.
I found it to be an interesting experience and unlike anything I have done before. Im definitely glad I went even though the paintings were not from my favourite eras of art. The staff were helpful and the information panels outside the experience rooms were too.
A wonderful experience . Maybe offer the music in the store.thank god I found it on Spotify

Great introduction especially to those that aren't avid fans of art, included famous artworks and they are absolutely fascinating. Recommend!
It's fantastic! The downside: people come and go as they please and stand upright at the I place. It would be good if the guides could manage

The attraction itself was great, the rooms were so immersive and our two 6 year olds (as well as us adults) loved it! We both thought the staff at the doorway and at the ticket scanning area were unwelcoming, there was no hello, welcome, have a great time, it felt cold and they seem uninterested!
It is spectacular. The images and the fabrication with the music, extraordinary. The fact of indicating before entering, the works that compose the composition helps.

The view from the London Eye is splendid and well worth the price. On the other hand, Sea Life is far too crowded to take advantage of weekday mornings.

Fantastic views and very good wheelchair access. The city boat trip was not told it was a one-way trip. Fortunately it worked out fine and I found my way back to the hotel

Buying tickets is quick and easy. I really liked the convenience of entering the attractions just by presenting the virtual ticket. I recommend it.

We got to experience both attractions at the time we chose and no queuing. Both rhe London Eye and Madam Tussods were very enjoyable
It's awesome, that make your day easy. Morning go to the London eye then go to mesume. Save time and wonderful experience.

Madame Tussauds: top. London Eye: been there, done that, and the view is as spectacular as ever (despite the clouds). Sea Life: a little disappointed as it's very small, even if the aquaria are fantastic; however, I didn't quite understand the connection with the tropics area (snake, tarantula, frog, etc.).

The whole experience was amazing. The kids loved the tunnel where they could see the fish above them. To see the whole of London in so many angles was gaw dropping
I really enjoyed the River Thames cruise and the London Eye ride as we could see 👀 the whole of London as it was my hubby's and my first time experience so we enjoyed it even more together ❤️ 😀
Aside the long queue which was understandable because it's summer, we had a fun time at both the London Eye and the aquarium.
The experience with my children and seeing their faces light up best part. The ticket combo price was decent too, in general central London is a sight. In general good food around halal too which was a bonus for us. However the que for London Eye was huge. We eealised you can book whatever time slot makes no difference. On our sea life aquarium it states 16hours hence we decided after the long que of London Eye and then 30 mins of the london eye we were hungry, lets eat and relax before going in for the aquarium.... went to the aquarium was having a great time, they announced we had only 45 mins left till they close. So we was rushed in a sense. When we exited the aquarium London eye was still running so we clocked we should have booked times and gone in the other way round
Ease of buying the tickets online which meant we didn't have to queue too long for each experience. We both loved the Aquarium but my granddaughter who is 8 was a little bored by the London Eye. I think she expected it to move as fast as a roller coaster. I enjoyed it anyhow.
My wife is pregnant nearly 8 months She was tired on that day after visiting other places in the morning We didn't accept that the que was long that day And we wanted to come early home because of wife's situation We came to the queue at 5.30pm But our reserved time was 6pm But they asked us to come out from the queue and join back at 6 from the start I wanted to cancel the tickets but as they are not refundable we stay until 6pm to join the queue
I conquered my fear of heights on the London eye . Aquarium was great lots of things to see . Tickets were handy and fast .
I loved the London wheel, it was a great experience to see the whole city and the landmarks. It was fast in line and very organized everything!!!!!

Hello. The combination of tickets was a good combination. At Lindon Eya we got in right away, no need to queue as we had fast track tickets. Sea life was hampered by such a large number of small children who were very loud. The experience would have been better if we didn't have to listen to the noise. The wax museum was a positive surprise. It contained a lot of surprises. It was my favourite of the three.

Headout gave us great value and a seamless experience. The London Eye is a must do for all visitors to London (even us Brits) as you get to see a good distance from the top, not to mention its great location for views of Parliament and Tower Bridge. The London Dungeon was also great fun, with high quality live actors and realistic scenes, although its original location at London Bridge use to make it more eerie with the rumble of the trains overhead.
Was so easy with electronic tickets, they just scan our qr code and we got in. Fast track saved us a lot of time. Woth it.
Easy to reach them, I would recommend the combined tickets. Afterwords you can get further discounts from Headout.com Good organisation of the tours everything is online, maybe some guided tours could be in person. Best wishes, Zsolt Varga Hungary
I was hoping I wouldn't have to wait in the normal queue considering I had a specific schedule. It should be better explained that it is not a fast entry or fast pass. I was lucky at the London Eye and since I went before 10am and it was raining I got in fairly early. If I got there at 10:15 I wouldn't go up before 11am.

Perfect experience! You don't have to exchange tickets. With the same QR of the app, you go to the queue and enter. A very cool experience, both the London Eye and Madame Tussauds, to repeat without a doubt. And with a discount, even better. Reliable App

The London eye offers a nice view of the city. You can see Buckingham Palace and Westminster Palace. Madame Tussaud is worth every penny! Nice for young and old.
View from London Eye was nice. The attractions at madam Tussauds was great. The only negative thing was that there was no information on the ticket about the necessity to acquire a specific time slot ticket as well from the ticket office. This delayed our visit a couple of hours, not good.
