FRIENDS Experience London Tickets

• Toilets: The venue has restrooms with accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities.
• Gift shop: Shop for exclusive merchandise, including branded mugs, hoodies, peep hole picture frames, and your very own Hugsy at the store. The retail store is open to all, no ticket is required. 
• Cafe: Grab a cup of coffee, muffins, or donuts with your friends at the cafe. You need tickets to visit the cafe.
• Parking: Car parking can be pre-booked via the ExCeL website.
• Cloakrooms: There is no luggage storage at The FRIENDS™ Experience, but there are cloakrooms within the main ExCeL building, located on level 0 (between hall entrances N4 & S4) and at the east end on level 0.
• Strollers/prams: Strollers and prams are allowed inside the experience.

• Wheelchair accessibility: The FRIENDS Experience is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are free to hire at the ExCeL, subject to availability. You can book them here.
• Toilets: Accessible toilets are available at the venue.
• Accessible parking: Blue Badge holders can book parking via the ExCeL website. There are 80 bays for disabled drivers across the Orange car park at the ExCeL.

• Outside food and drink are not permitted inside the experience. However, you can bring resealable water bottles.
• Photo equipment, such as tripods, light stands, and reflectors, are not permitted inside.
• Cash is not accepted at the experience, but all forms of cashless payment are accepted.
• Pets are not permitted inside. However, service animals are welcome.

• The staff will scan your ticket directly from your mobile device, so don't print your ticket. 
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your time slot. Guests will be admitted up to 15 minutes after the time stated on the ticket.
• While there is no dress code, consider wearing something comfortable since you’ll be walking around and posing for photos. If you’re a big fan, you can even wear FRIENDS-themed outfits!
• While you can take your own photographs, some areas are exclusively for professional photography. Make use of the premium photo opportunities available by upgrading your tickets. Digital and printed photos are available to purchase for that perfect FRIENDS™ memento!
• Please note that since the FRIENDS Experience London can get crowded, only a limited number of people are allowed inside at a time, and you may only have a few minutes inside the rooms, so ensure you plan accordingly and make the most of it.
